The Client: Palladino’s Steak and Seafood, an upscale fine dining establishment located on the iconic main concourse of Grand Central Terminal in New York City.

The Challenge: Deliver a high-performance hospitality network and security footprint within a heavily regulated, high-traffic landmark transportation hub, requiring strict compliance and close coordination with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and the General Contractor.

The Solution: Installed the structured wiring and fiber backbone for the point-of-sale (POS) system, deployed a Hanwha video surveillance network, and configured an Aruba wireless solution. Extended seamless connectivity to the outdoor dining space using ruggedized OSP (Outside Plant) cable and a weatherproof IDF cabinet.

The Result: Successfully handed over a robust, secure, and fully integrated technology infrastructure optimized for high-volume restaurant operations while meeting all strict transit authority guidelines.
