60 Charlton St offers boutique office space in the Hudson Square section of Manhattan. Their client list includes start-up tech firms, skincare companies and public relations firms. Our installation of their tenant Distech BMS systems included VAV and CAV controllers, line-voltage thermostats for exhaust fans and leak detection for HVAC units ad water heaters. This installation was apart of their LEED Gold certification.
