1522 1st Ave is a 30 story medical building that is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The work is for core and shell to prepare for future tenants to arrive. The installation of the Honeywell building management system to control cooling towers, boilers, primary and secondary condenser and hot water systems included thermostats, temperature sensors, VFDs and tie-in to the building generator and VRF system.
