The Client: A newly constructed 30-story medical tower located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

The Challenge: Execute a high-density, multi-system control infrastructure deployment on an active, fast-paced core-and-shell construction site, requiring seamless coordination with the General Contractor and multiple overlapping trades.

The Solution: Physically deployed a comprehensive Honeywell Building Management System (BMS) network to support heavy mechanical infrastructure. The field scope included installing thermostats, temperature sensors, and VFDs, alongside routing control wiring for cooling towers, boilers, primary/secondary condenser systems, hot water loops, the building generator, and the VRF system.

The Result: Successfully installed and integrated the automated controls backbone on schedule, delivering a fully connected, tenant-ready infrastructure for the landlord.
